A Quick Idea
Ok getting ready for bed over here but I have an idea I really want to get on “paper.”
Everyone who wants to make money online these days is trying to do so with Google’s Adsense. Which is fine and everything. But I think maybe they have left a market somewhat unopened or not tapped into yet, however you’d like to say it.
The internet money makers make their money from driving traffic to their sites and using the aforementioned Adsense or affiliate links that in sense get them money. But, what if you could translate that traffic directly or ranking for that matter into a real life sale. Like a website, websites can sell for a lot of money, and you can prove this to yourself by checking one of the many online domain sale websites.
But what if you could just sell it as a company, and not as a domain. I mean it really would be a company if it was ranked in the top 10 in Google. Well maybe not a legitimate company, because it would have no income or expenses, but it would have a huge amount of instant potential. Meaning all one would have to do is add a phone number to the site, and it would literally instantly be able to generate business.
There are certain fields this would work for better than others. And well that is what I will be doing in the very near future. I mean there is almost nothing to loose but the small amount of time spent on site building and SEO.
OK, it is bed time now… before I come up with more CRAZY ideas 
This is a great idea. One I’ve thought of myself. But check it out. What if you did this, but just “skinned” the site to look like someone else’s and had some large link on the page that pointed to the main functionality of a company’s real site.
So lets say its real estate, and some local realtor has a website where you can search for local real estate. You get your domain ranking for “locality real estate” and sell a piece of the traffic to the local realtor, linking to him with a large prominent button that says “search for homes in locality” and skin the site to look like his current one.
Then, you can make monthly revenues, and, with the right technology (ie session cookies) skin the site for two or three other realtors, giving them a fraction of the traffic as well.
